Collections Specialist

Key Responsibilities:


• Review client contracts and purchase orders to identify areas of financial and operational concern


• Investigate the revenue flow and ensure that rates are being projects/ presented at the proper amounts.


• Determine if contracts or formulas need to be updates to reflect change in price of the market demands.


• Work with the Head of Finance and Accounting to present results from findings.


• Identify problematic projects in pricing per contract obligations.


Experience/ Requirements


• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting OR previous experience in logistics.


• At least 2 years of experience as a billing clerk, invoicing clerk, or accounting team member, or Logistics agent.


• Strong analytical and organization skills


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Keen attention to detail with an ability to spot errors


• Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers, and external partners

Excellent time-management skills
