Position Title: Client Associate
Location: Midtown, NYC - onsite

This is an amazing opportunity to join a premier global financial services firm. The Client Associate is the first line of defense for client inquiries and works with the Wealth Advisors, management, and Middle office to create a seamless and integrated client experience. The Client Associate provides dedicated business support to a Wealth Advisor(s) and their clients. This role is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and building relationships while delivering exceptional client service. This position involves extensive client-facing, the individual will be involved in all activities that touch prospective or existing clients.

CRITICAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION:

• 2-4 years of financial services experience
• Series 7 & 66 licenses are strongly preferred
• Driven to succeed along with the ability to be detailed oriented.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and maintain professionalism in difficult situations
• Proven ability to be a self-starter and work independently in a high-pressure environment
• Demonstrate proactive follow-up and follow through on a task from start to finish
