1409- Videographer/Video Editor with Security Clearance

CoSolutions is currently searching for a Videographer/Editor to work onsite at the United States Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM), a direct reporting unit that conducts intelligence, security and information operations for U.S. Army commanders and national decision makers. INSCOM is headquartered at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. * Direct/Supervise/Manage/Create Video Production
* Support the VIMES customer with direct audiovisual and video production services
* Prepares and coordinates transportation of equipment to and from shoot locations outside of U.S. Army HQ INSCOM
* Maintains control of the video studio to include proper lighting, backdrops and teleprompter
* Ensures videographers are up to date with equipment needed for shoots and support
* Manage, supervise, and complete all phases of video production

* Respond to extraordinary operations planning support including participating in high visibility and Continuity of Operations (COOP) events requiring VI/Video Services support

* Communicate directly with Government personnel, minimizing scheduling conflicts

* Establish contingency plans and advanced training to minimize downtime between photographic and video shoots
* Coordinate with appropriate G6/VI government staff cataloguing and management of software licenses
* Staying up to date with industry trends and recommend improvements to maintain or improve efficient operation of Video Services
* Update software, hardware, and firmware within the organizational structure
* Maintain Video Services data management including data and system integrity
* Periodic updates, software and OS updates
* Sustain local area network, stored digital asset management system, and production files
* Develop archival copies of digital assets and maintain existing archives for retrieval
* Proper date transfers maintaining CUI integrity
* Provide on-site support primarily during standard business hours and/or contractually mandated core hours - 0800-1630 hours (flexible)- Monday through Friday- Provide occasional support outside of core hours or on weekends as requested by HQ INSCOM

Qualifications: Experience: * - (5+) Years directly related experience in video production * Speaking and writing skills
* Lighting
* Attention to detail
* Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Work with producer to create storyboard and video product
* Determine appropriate equipment
* Setup and teardown of all A/V equipment
* Calibrating and maintaining video equipment
* Interviewing clients and capturing B-roll
* Video transitions
* Edit footage in post-production
* Ensure equipment for shoot is present and working
* Direct other videographers for needed footage
* Required Skills
* Proficient with camera equipment
* Excellent computer literacy
* Extensive proficiency with Adobe Suite such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition
* Demonstrated ability to understand and research complex technical concepts
* Develop optimal solutions for audio visual projects and video productions
* Physical stamina to maintain camera operations
* Customer Service- Collaborate with clients to provide optimal A/V and video production solutions that fill client requirements
Education:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Clearance:Active TS/SCI (or SCI eligibility). May undergo, pass, and maintain CI Poly.
