Bilingual Store Manager
Job Description
D&B Tile is looking for a Responsible, Enthusiastic, and Excellent leader to manage our Doral location You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the Customer Service, Store Sales, and Warehouse team. Some travel for training to the other D&B Tile locations may be necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the day-to-day Store’s operations
- Able to perform the Customer Service and Store Sales duties
- Improve sales objectives with prospective customers
- Train and evaluate new employees
- Track monthly results and trends for the business forecasting
- Run errands for the facility and travel as needed to other retail locations
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in management, retail, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Basic Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
A high school diploma or G.E.D. is required. An Associate degree is preferred. You must be able to demonstrate team leadership and leverage interpersonal skills with individual team members to maintain a positive atmosphere focused on business results. Minimum three years of management or supervisory experience required. You must be customer service-focused and able to interact professionally and effectively through both verbal and written communication with everyone with whom you come into contact. The ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objective without supervision while collaborating with the team goals. Leadership and mentoring of staff is a must.

Compensation:
$45,000 - $60,000/yr.
Schedule:
Mon-Fri 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (1 day off)
Sat. 8:30 am to 4:00 pm
