Retail Customer Service

We are seeking a Retail Customer Service Associate to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information on the sales floor, as well as phone calls & customers questions

Responsibilities:

• Keep Showroom Clean and Organized
• Tag and receive new products to put away
• Help staff to come up with unexpectant ways for selling and advertising
• Sweep, dust and mop keeping a clean showroom
• Organize and stock shelves and helmets

• Previous experience in customer service & sales
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Professional demeanor
• Willing to go above and beyond
• Some M/C, Scooter, Small engine experience is preferred, but willing to train right person
• Reliability/ Consistency
• Spanish speaking a Plus
