Hotel Front Desk Agent



Job Description

We are seeking a Hotel Front Desk Agent to become a part of our team! You will accommodate patrons, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Register and assign rooms to guests
  • Confirm phone and online reservations
  • Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints
  • Collect payment from departing guests
  • Keep records of occupied rooms and guests
  • Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or other related fields Preferred
  • Ability to build rapport with guests
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Description:

-Hours can vary either 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm

- Must be capable of working either of the shifts mentioned .
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Previous front desk experience preferred
- Knowledge of basic computer system. We will train on our hotel front desk system.Hotel experience is preferred
