Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Provides support in the benefits and compensation functional areas of Corporate Human Resources. Duties include tasks assigned to support compensation management, benefits administration, and payroll administration. This position is on-site for a learning period and may have a hybrid on-site/remote schedule mix in the future.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: (examples of duties performed)

  • Conducts verification of employment to include work history
  • Benefit reporting/validation for payrolls
  • Benefits Billing
  • Coordinates subrogation with medical provider
  • Serves as an ADP liaison for assigned Payroll duties
  • Processes benefits billing
  • May assist in interpreting and explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations
  • Prepares or maintains employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software
  • Compiles associate time, production, and payroll data from time sheets and other records
  • All other duties as assigned


EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) and no experience or HS plus 4 years of applicable HR experience
  • Excellent computer skills required, to include Microsoft Office applications; PeopleSoft, Oracle, and/or Kronos experience preferred
