In this role, responsibilities of this position include:
  • Defines and drives program-level oversight for the Cloud Security initiatives such as enabling security of cloud deployments in support of the Digital Infrastructure Strategy Program and strategic delivery of the targeted cloud security capabilities
  • Provides a comprehensive, programmatic view of the Cloud Security Program and its initiatives (both current and forward-looking) along with a clear understanding of dependencies and tie ins to other work efforts including, but not limited to ICS initiative portfolio and Digital Infrastructure Strategy Program
  • Oversees execution/implementation of complex, enterprise-wide initiatives to deliver on Cloud Security objectives and the on-going realization of the Cloud Security strategy
  • Aligns and prioritizes the initiatives under the Cloud Security Program based on organizational demands and dependencies
  • Liaises between the Cloud Security teams and leadership and program functions of the Digital Infrastructure Strategy Program to ensure alignment between program prioritization and strategic goals and the deliverables.
  • Advises senior leadership / executive management on issues with high, critical impact on the success of the Cloud Security program
  • Drives definition and reporting of metrics to measure the performance of the Cloud Security Program
Required Qualifications, US:
  • 10+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of experience with one or more Cloud platforms
Desired Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of practical Agile experience
  • Strong ability to organize, be productive and lead through ambiguity
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience managing large technology development efforts within a major line of business
  • Ability to communicate confidentially, professionally, and effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders
  • Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships across all organizational boundaries and levels, particularly senior management
  • Demonstrated experience guiding and directing work efforts of a distributed team
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems without direct oversight
  • Ability to handle multiple, high priority deliverables concurrently
  • Advanced knowledge of Information and Cyber Security topics and organizations, particularly Cloud Computing or Cloud Security
  • In-depth understanding of information security threats, trends and industry best practices and security tools
  • Experience in finance sector security or other regulated industry (e.g. utilities, health care, government)
  • Jira and Confluence Experience
  • Familiarity with of various cloud security and related risk frameworks (COBIT, Cloud Security Alliance (CSA), National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), FedRAMP, etc.)
  • Cloud security certification such as Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK) or Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)
  • Professional Cloud Certification(s) from Cloud Security Alliance, AWS, Google, Microsoft, or equivalent industry-standard / professional organizations
Job Expectations:
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
Pay Range

$144,400.00 - $300,000.00 Annual
