• Minimum 25 Years of Age
• 2 Years OTR Experience
• 1 Year Flatbed Experience
• No more than 3 moving violations in last 3 years
• No felonies in last 5 years; no more than 2 accidents
• 1996 or newer truck or trailer equipment for flatbed operations
• No DWI or DUI in last 5 years
