Description of Duties:
Future tradespersons should enjoy working with their hands, being outside, like working with really cool people, have some popeye strength to be on their feet and maneuver ladders weighing up to 60 pounds for several hours at a time.
We hire on personality. No experience required….
When you’re picked to be a part of our team, you’ll go through a complete NINJA training system where you will learn the tricks of our trade from the best… And when we say the best, we mean you’ll be learning how to clean windows from a window cleaning WORLD champion…..literally!
Skills & Requirements:
Are you a positive person? We are growing our team of A players with good attitudes who communicate well - no "Debbie Downers" here!
We’re looking for really good humans who truly care about others to join us
If you’re willing to listen & learn we’re ready to teach you all of our ninja tricks to a rewarding & high-paying career
You will need a drivers license
Compensation:
$16 - $20 per hour ($16 to start)
Eligible for $1 - $5/hr bonuses after 1 week
Eligible for raise after 30 days
Eligible for insurance (health, dental, vision, life & disability) after 2 months
Eligible for 401(k) after 3 months
