A highly personal and explorative culinary journey, a commitment to using the best ingredients and seeking to make every aspect of the guest experience impactful and memorable. An EN Japanese Brasserie Overnight Porter will demonstrate his/her skills in cultural proficiency and technical expertise.
Responsibilities
- ensure kitchen and dining room are cleaned in an orderly and efficient manner
- sweep and clean all floors and surfaces
- clean kitchen equipment and areas
- maintain trash cans throughout shift and remove full trashcans and boxes
Desired Experiences and Skills
- Minimum of 1+ years experience at a comparable fine cuisine restaurant
- An understanding and appreciation for food and beverage
- Must be able to clearly communicate needs to other team members
- Must possess good organizational and communication skills, and be able to function under time constraints and deadline with attention to detail.
- Must work overnight shifts
