Description

Reporting to the Director of Foundation Operations, the Manager is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and implementing data health controls to ensure the integrity of the database. Responsible for creating or improving, simple, easy to understand, end user reports for: revenue, contact activity, prospect and portfolio management, performance dashboards/reports to drive fundraising efforts. Provides prospect research resources and maximizes the use of the department system to track and harvest into reports the most appropriate information. Is responsible for data mining initiatives, from external and internal data.

Estimated salary range for this position is %2477,435.00- %24100,665.50/ year depending on experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree Required. BA in Business preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience. Expert level proficiency in Excel and large data sets required with proven ability to create custom queries and reports and to map workflows internal and external to the database. Experience in data visualization techniques, i.e. PowerBI, Tableau; Knowledge of SQL, MS-SQL, Access, PaperSave and OMatic is highly preferred. Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills; strong attention to details. Microsoft Office Suite, Office 365 preferred. Able to prioritize in a fast-paced, multi-faceted position with time sensitive functions where accuracy is paramount. Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
