REQUIREMENTS
- Line cook / saute experience
- Organized and routinely employ good practices of sanitation and food safety
- Reliable, honest and ethical
- Hard working with a positive attitude
- The ability to multi-task and produce efficiently while on shift
- Willing and able to take direction and follow established recipes and practices
- Able and eager to meet stated expectations for held position
- Passionate about producing quality foods, as well as growing and expanding their skill set
- Reliable transportation and communication methods
- Exhibit professional work behavior
- Enjoy working with and preparing food
