• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Cross-sell current customers on products they need.
• Be committed to building rapport and relationship building.

What we require:
• Ability to Obtain a Property & Casualty License
• 1 year plus of successful sales experience preferred
• Commitment to advancement, Highly motivated and resilient personality.
• Ability to consistently follow-through
• Must have the ability to multitask
