As part of the team you will, drive efforts to help standardize best practices across PS-Teams.How you will contribute:You will partner with the Pharm Sci Lead (PS-Lead), Device Development Lead (DDL) across multiple Pharm Sci programs to ensure timeline and milestone data are reported in InterACTEnsure effectiveness of the cross-department initiative Predictable Delivery in Drug Supply by supporting process, systems utilization and reportingPartner with additional stakeholders across the R&D organization to strengthen and support data integrity of PS-team reportingStand in as an ad hoc PM to provide high-level support for multiple programs while there is transition and a dedicated PM has not been formally assigned yetDrive efforts to help standardize best practices across PS-TeamsDevelop job aids, guidance documents and help train and support stakeholders on PS-Teams.Partners with the PS-Lead/DDL and PM to maintain that Pharm Sci milestones and timelines are accurately reflected in reporting systemsPerforms quality checks on MS Project plan and Pharm Sci milestones in InterACT and work proactively with PS-Teams to maintain data integrityPartners with key stakeholders in CoOP to extract and analyze data from Predictable Delivery in Drug Supply initiativeMay be assigned to support process improvements and other cross-functional responsibilities, which can include project management processes and systemsMinimum Requirements/Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in a science or business-related field required4+ years pharmaceutical or medical device industry experience requiredProficient in project management methodologies and tools2-5 years experience as a program or project manager leading drug, combination product and/or medical device development projects in a multidisciplinary, global environment required.Project management in another regulated industry would be consideredWhat Takeda can offer you:Comprehensive Healthcare: Medical, Dental, and VisionFinancial Planning & Stability: 401(k) with company match and Annual Retirement Contribution PlanHealth & Wellness programs including onsite flu shots and health screeningsGenerous time off for vacation and the option to purchase additional vacation daysCommunity Outreach Programs and company match of charitable contributionsFamily Planning SupportFlexible Work PathsTuition reimbursementMore about us:At Takeda, we are transforming patient care through the development of novel specialty pharmaceuticals and best in class patient support programs.
