This position is a 6 weeks training. Upon the completion of training you will qualify for:

- Store Manager

- Cafe Manager

- Assistant General Manager

Here's a little bit about the ideal candidate. You will possess:

  • Passion for developing and coaching managers and leaders.
  • Plan, direct, control, and execute overall department operations to La Farm systems, policies, and procedures.

  • Develop quarterly budget and execute to meet goals.

  • Maintain staffing goals.

  • Lead with thoughtful and inclusive language.

  • Promote an environment conducive to personal and professional growth.

  • Maintain vendor relationships & negotiations, ensure proper ordering, and control inventory levels.

  • Complete food and beverage holiday planning system: six months of holiday menus, merchandising sets, production schedules, employee schedules, accurate recipe execution and holiday recaps.

  • Uphold company standards and policies for open/close.

  • Complete managers’ checklist and duties to time of day, week, quarterly and annual requirements.

  • Protect La Farm assets by establishing/maintaining effective quality standards, loss prevention, security systems and measures.

  • Ensure safe working conditions and comply with all laws.

  • Read and prepare reports and written communication.

  • Ensure accuracy of cash handling and reporting.

  • Forecast, oversee and manage food/product costs, labor costs, and other controllable costs of unit operations to adhere to budget while increasing productivity and efficiency.

Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proven skills in systems training and management compliance
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal to ensure understanding
  • 4-6 years food service leadership
  • Strong analytical ability and math proficiency to monitor performance of daily operations
  • Ability to solve business-related problems quickly and efficiently
  • Passion for quality.
  • POS Systems preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills (detail oriented, goal oriented, follow through)
  • Great relationship building skills and positive demeanor
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
