Job Description
The Human Resources Generalist provides direction and support to plant-based employees and supervisors/managers by providing timely and accurate information in the areas of HR policy and procedures
The position holder also provides support and training for annual HR processes e.g., safety training, annual review, and is responsible for ensuring that employees are able to access HR services as required
The role has a primary aim of supporting all employee related activity for Supply Chain operations within a defined region or country
Implements and administers compensation and incentive programs for Plant based employees (i.e., service awards, recognition programs, earned PTO policies) for US Service Centers and TPM locations.
Locations: Can be based in Greater Orlando, Atlanta, or Charlotte

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain all position, job codes, and job descriptions for plant-based positions and provide compensation market analysis for plants and TPM's as required.
- Lead the gathering of required information in support for the annual Plant based salary review process.
- Lead the gathering of required information in support for the annual Plant Leader STI process.
- Partner with HR Reporting team to develop and ensure that Supply Chain ELT is provided with weekly and monthly HR KPI metrics, tracking our progress against all people related initiatives and objectives. This includes Ad-hoc reporting and data analysis requested by the Supply Chain ELT.
- Lead the documentation and implementation of Plant based incentive programs, recognition programs and other projects as assigned.
- Provides support and training of annual HR processes including PDP, ASR, Talent Reviews, Operations development programs and Pulse Surveys
- Develop communications to support Supply Chain network changes and policy updates.
- Provide support to HRBP's in our largest regions on employee related queries.
- Provide day-to-day administration of HR policies and programs and ensure that they are effectively communicated to all employees.
- Develop tracking systems to ensure project timelines on Labor Strategy initiatives are tracked, and status reports are created for Supply Chain Leadership team.
- Ensure tracking is documented for all mandatory learning activities completed by plant-based employees.
Measures
- Timeliness and accuracy of all compensation related programs (Merit, Plant STI, and all other non-CEO supported employee programs)
- Standardization of job descriptions, recognition programs and remuneration/incentive schemes
- Employee cases resolved in timely manner
- Meeting timing of deliverables in reporting and tracking
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or in a relevant Human Resources technical discipline
- Minimum 3 years related experience in Human Resources
Experience:
- Proven experience in administration and explanation of HR policies and procedures
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Experience with HR KPI metrics and reporting
- Experience in manufacturing/operations environments
- Experience of HR systems, Workday preferable
