Social Media Response Analyst
Job Description
Interactive Brokers Group is seeking a Social Media Engagement Specialist to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and demanding environment. The ideal candidate will be expected to review and respond to inquiries on all social media channels. The candidate's focus will also be to improve the firm's image and reputation on social media.
Responsibilities- Monitor social media channels
- Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries and comments
- Liaison with other groups within the firm to solve complex issues
- Gather feedback from clients to improve operations and functionality shortcomings
- Review analytics and create reports on key metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Marketing
- Understanding of the following financial instruments: stocks, securities options, futures, options on futures, foreign exchange and fixed income
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solver, attention to details, fast learner, and team player
- Analytical, self-motivated and directed
- Proficient experience using Microsoft Office suite products
- Registrations: FINRA Series 7, 63 or ability to obtain licenses
