Rework Technician

Job Description:

• Using hand electric and manual tools to modify test beds.
• Enforcing ESD rules and safe way to work.
• Operate/perform soldering/rework with Microscopes.
• Proficient Soldering Skills (Must have successful history reworking SMTs to include 0402 components).
• Able to interpret ECO to apply reworks.
• Good collaboration and organization skills.
• Follow detailed documentation to enable Test Bed setups.
• Debugging circuit with DMM, Programmable PS.
• Proficient with Office Suite (Excel, Work, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Reading Schematics & board layout (navigate with Allegro viewer software).
• Write/Edit ECO’s and BKM’s.
• Experience with high resolution photography equipment & software.
• Practical experience with PC HW diagnostics tools.
• Troubleshooting of set-ups issues / failures / malfunctions.
