As a Juice, Smoothie and Barista Lead in our Wellness bar, you'll have responsibility for the successful operation of the Wellness bar and maintaining the values of the company.

What You Will Do:

• Supervise the Wellness bar staff, help with inventory management, sales, and operations of the Barista/Wellness Bar department.
• Organize stock and equipment.
• Order product and other supplies.
• Oversee store maintenance, cleanliness and security.
• Plan and work to budgets, achieve sales targets.
• Motivate and encourage staff to achieve targets.
• Train and develop new and existing staff.
• Ensure standards of hygiene are maintained.
• Ensure store complies with health and safety regulations.
• Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
• Implement and instill in your team company policies, procedures and ethics.
• Handle customer complaints.
• Implement new promotional campaigns for the bar.
• Report to, and attend regular meetings.
• Train at other Erewhon locations, if necessary.

What You Will Bring:

• 1-2 years minimum experience as a Barista and Juice or Smoothie Bar Lead required.
• Great communication skills.
• Great time management skills.
• Availability to travel and work out of our other Erewhon location.
