Job: Automotive Sales Consultant
Job Description: The Automotive Sales Consultant provides customers with an optimal car buying experience by providing a high level of customer service during pre- and post-sale. The Automotive Sales Consultant assists customers through their car buying process from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
The Automotive Sales Consultant has the following responsibilities:
Thoroughly address customers’ questions (vehicles, financing, certification, etc.).
Guide customers to vehicles that fit their needs.
Qualify the customers and obtain their contact information.
Organize, follow-up and manage all walk-in customers and internet leads.
Requirements:
The Automotive Sales Consultant should have the following skills, education and experience:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Motivated, organized, and driven professional with the passion to advance his/her career.
High level of energy and conviction to operate in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Passion for the business and role he/she will play in a successful organization.
Previous automotive sales experience is not required, but previous sales experience in other industries is desired.
