Service Coordinator
Job Description
One of our clients is looking for a Service Coordinator to work in a fast paced environment to multitask while utilizing excellent customer service. (77025)
- Answer phones and being able to assist with difficult customer situations
- Create work orders and client profiles in Salesforce
- Ability to multitask and enter data into the system while speaking with customers and relaying information to dispatcher
- Data Entry with great accuracy
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel)
Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
