Job Description

Express Employment Professionals in Brandon is looking for a Bilingual Front Office Coordinator for a Fast Growing office in Brandon.

The Bilingual Front Office Coordinator is the first point of contact both in-person & over the phone. This position is vital to the operations of the company & is responsible for various duties such as:

  • Answering a high volume of calls, as well as making numerous outbound calls
  • Prescreening applicants & scheduling interviews
  • Making calls to prospective companies to earn business
  • Ensuring that all visitors to the office are being effectively moved through the process
  • Reviews paperwork for accuracy & completeness
  • Ensures lobby & office areas are clean, as well as welcoming at all times

This is a great entry-level position for someone who enjoys helping people, working in a fast-paced fun environment. This position is a stepping stone for other positions. The company promotes from within & believes in furthering your education in the industry.

This is a full-time position. Hours are M-F. Office is open 8a-5p, however, employees do work outside of these hours as needed. We offer Medical Benefits, PTO & Retirement
