Production Manager

The Richard Norman Company (TRNC), now a part of the Axiom Strategies family, is an award-winning full-service marketing agency that is seeking an Account Manager to join our Nonprofit Division in our downtown Leesburg, VA office. Our Nonprofit Division caters to some of the premier Conservative advocacy organizations.

This position requires a high degree of organization, time management, self-direction, motivation, attention to detail, and an ability to manage multiple projects. This is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Production.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Manage day-to-day tasks and timelines for fundraising campaigns
• Write up specs, bid and place jobs with printers and lettershop
• Review vendor invoices to ensure accurate billing
• Serve as an internal liaison between the account teams, creative, and accounting

Skills and Knowledge

• Ability to take on and manage multiple projects with key deadlines
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for noticing quality issues (used throughout the print production process) and strong organization skills for high volume workloads
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities
• Proficiency in project management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to excel in a collaborative team environment
• Knowledge of direct mail fundraising
