There's currently a contract to hire position available for an experienced Staff Accountant with Robert Half in the Healthcare, Hospitals, Social Assistance industry.

The Leasing Administrator will resolve A/P issues, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, process checks, and match, batch, and code invoices.

Key responsibilities


- Carry out daily processes and controls accurately and on time, and ensure compliance with company policies


- Manage validating, recording, and mailing checks and expedite special handling


- Implement full-cycle A/P


- Help with internal and external audits as required


- Handle the administrative needs of the AP/Finance Department


- Carry out additional projects as required


- Organize, register, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents


- Provide support to internal business partners


- Handle daily department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it

  • Resolve billing/collections disputes
  • Complete lease abstracts and assist in lease review for potential property acquisition
  • File all lease correspondence in lease files.
  • Assist with CAM Reconciliation audits.
  • Input any documented corrections to the rent rolls as requested by the Property Manager, Leasing or Project Accountant.
  • Input/update building, unit and/or tenant information for the Skyline, MRI and Yardi databases including tenant contact person and billing address.
  • Review charges on the A/R ledger from time to time when there is an issue.
  • Assist with lease CAM issues
  • Input new leases/renewals/terminations/expansions/contractions into proper accounting system for tracking
  • Calculate and prepare accounts receivable adjustments for tenants as needed based on actual commencement date of lease.
  • Review abstracted new leases and renewals for input
