Aircraft Electrical Assembler - 16429-AP

EXPLEO USA is looking for an Aircraft Electrical Assembler to join a dynamic and expanding team in Idaho, travel and accommodation costs are covered.

Qualifications:

• +3 years of experience building and assembling electrical harnesses for aircraft
• Experience in aerospace industry
• Knowledge in IPC/WHMA-A-620 (or Certified preferred)
• Ability to build cables and wire harnesses using manufacturing instructions, while meeting all workmanship standards

Responsibilities:

• Build simple to advanced cable assemblies, wire harnesses and integrated rack assemblies
• Routing wire on the board panel for private aircraft
• Complete the assembly of electrical components by means of:
  • Able to perform back shell installation, crimp, strip, jacket removal, connector loading, lace-tie, solder (to required customer specification), solder sleeves, install various types of heat shrink, tubing, and woven braid
  • Utilize hand tools and automated machines and components in conjunction with customer drawings, parts list, bill of materials, wire diagrams, schematics, tables, and work instructions

We offer:

• 3 months contract, it can be extended depending on performance
• Salary information: $29 USD per hour + $385 per week as per diem
• Travel expenses: Accommodation and travel paid for duration of the contract
