Appointment Setter **Sign-on Bonus**

Position Overview

Ed Morse Automotive is looking for Appointment Setters to join our East Coast team!

We are looking for friendly and professional individuals to join our team. If you are motivated to work in a fast-paced, call-center environment and enjoy interacting with customers, apply now for one of the largest family-owned auto dealer groups in the U.S.

Location:

Delray Beach, FL

Job Responsibilities:

• Outbound/inbound calls in a call center environment
• Confirm appointments / reschedule missed appointments
• Log customer information
• Drive traffic to our dealerships

Requirements:

• ***$600 sign-on bonus*** (This sum is subject to tax and will be paid in 3 installments at 30, 60, and 90 days of employment. It will be contingent on you remaining in employment with the company for a minimum period of 12 months from your start date unless your employment is terminated at the company’s discretion. Should you decide in the first 12 months of employment to leave the company, you will be required to repay the bonus.
• Excellent communication skills and be able to stay motivated and productive in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
• Bilingual English and Spanish a plus but not required
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Strong computer and Internet skills
• Must be able to 40 hours per week with rotational Saturdays.
• Must be able to pass a background check, drug test
• Hourly + Bonus paid weekly!!
