We’re currently hiring Material Handlers on 1st, 2nd and weekend shifts in our state-of-the-art facility in Osceola, WI.*Active COVID-19 Pandemic Safety Precautions*We care about our employees and their safety; therefore, we have implemented the following measures and supports to do our part as in fighting COVID-19 within our facilities:* Visitors/vendors/contractors on-site presence limited* Daily health checks and temperature screenings to ensure no one at risk enters the workplace* Enhanced cleaning and disinfectant protocols* Hand sanitizer, hand washing stations and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) available for all employees* Social distancing to ensure 6 feet of space between workers* Job rotations minimized and use of break rooms/cafes limited*Material Handler Main Responsibilities** Use forklift to move materials and product within department as instructed; this may include steel coils, dies, baskets and containers, vinyl, welded components, etc.* Load and unload trucks at shipping and receiving docks as instructed* Verify part numbers, quantities, and purchase order information against packing slips* Work in safe and healthy manner, strictly following all safety rules and regulations* Accurately complete paperwork required for production records* Operate Radio Frequency equipment to transact inventory* Cycle count inventory and research problems* Process small parcel (UPS) shipments and receipts* Process outbound shipments and inbound receipts* Pick boxed merchandise from warehouse* Print bar code label to identify product* Operate forklift out-of-doors in a scrap dumping operation* Audit the warehouse inventory to reconcile locations against computer files* Investigate inventory discrepancies and concludes the most probable cause of errors* Prepare a daily report of audit results* Key all warehouse inventory adjustments*Material Handler Key Requirements** High School degree or equivalent* Ability to operate numerous forklifts: electric stand-up, electric sit-down, L.P. and side load, in a warehouse environment* Ability to communicate well with others* Ability to read and understand routings, work orders, manifests, and production reports* Ability to count accurately* Ability to take instructions and work with little supervision* Ability to operate overhead crane* Ability to use MAPICS computer software* Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds* Must be a team player with focus on customer service and quality*To Apply*Ready for the ride of your life?
