Job Description
Full title: Customer Service Associate
Type: Full time - regular - 35 hours per week
Requirements:
• Customer service-related experience
• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
• Computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Responsibilities:
This position is essential in maintaining the mailroom's daily activities without interruption.
Processing USPS and accountable mail (Fed Ex, UPS, DHL, messenger and other incoming packages)
Assist and notify end users of mail and shipping protocols when necessary
Audit and update mail lists as needed
Log all incoming accountable mail in tracking software
Complete large volume mailing projects as required
Support confidential document shredding in accordance with stated policy
Assist other OSA’s as needed to meet demand
Work overtime as needed to assist with special projects
All duties as assigned
Must assist in supporting all service lines in addition to primary role
