Experienced Sales Rep 20/hr + bonus - MONTGOMERYVILLE Costco

Seeking a positive, courteous, energetic, and professional sales driven individual to run events at Costco Locations.

Work Hours: 10am – 5:30pm M, W, T, F, S, S (3-5 of these days)

Sales Professionals Compensation:

• Starting at $­­­­­17.00 - $20.00 BASE HOURLY PAY plus SEPERATE Weekly BONUS, corresponding with previous sales experience. The top 25% of our reps make anywhere between $32-$44/hour! We pay the most because we only hire the best!
• This is a w-2 position with a base hourly pay, plus bonus.
• This is not a 1099 or contract position
• This is not a commission only position

Sales Professionals Requirements:

• Minimum 5-10 years commissioned sales, direct sales or relevant marketing experience. 15-20+ years cold sales or marketing preferred.

• Experienced salesperson, this this is not an entry level position.

• Positive energy, well organized, high level of focus and strong sense of commitment.
• Outgoing, charismatic and fun!
• Have a passion for helping people.
• Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly.
• Consistently creates a welcoming environment.
• Professional outward appearance.
• Complies with all company script requirements.
• Ability to work independently with no supervision.
• Must be able to stand up to 8 hours with breaks.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
