The Sitecore values are what drive and unite us across the globe.About the Role/ The Opportunity:We are looking for an energetic and experienced Payroll Specialist that will function as a lead processor for our US Payroll department. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of end-to-end payroll processing experience, the ability to meet strict time-sensitive deadlines, a strong work ethic, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.What You’ll Do: Process USA and Canada semi-monthly payroll for 700+ employees Work with 3rd party vendors to process various benefit fundings Ensure compliance with DOL and Tax agencies in the payroll arena Respond to Human Resources, key stakeholders, and employees to assist in resolving payroll related requests Work with Payroll Manager to continue developing, maintaining, and improving payroll processes, employment tax processes, and internal controls to preserve the quality, efficiency and overall effectiveness of all payroll functions while ensuring regulatory compliance.What You Need to Succeed 5+ years of multi-state payroll experience Attention to detail with demonstrated organizational skills and accuracy High-tech industry experience preferred, but not required Ability to work collaboratively across different departments Exhibits pride of ownership and sets and adheres to uncompromising quality standards for deliverables Experience with various Payroll platforms, including ADP’s Workforce nowAdditional Skills That Could Set You Apart: CPP certification desired but not required Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Word Experience with Canadian Payroll Why you should click ‘Apply’: Growth!
