Our client roster includes some of the biggest brands across various industries, like retail, CPG, beauty & wellness, and finance. we are looking for an Account Coordinator to help manage our growing list of clients.

ABOUT YOU
You are committed to developing and achieving client objectives and becoming the trusted advisor for your clients' business needs. You have possessed a high degree of organization, demonstrate excellent listening and communication skills, good personal presentation, politeness, and tact, and be able to function in a high-pressure environment who has:

Responsibilities:
- Proactively communicate with clients about account related activities and provide exceptional service and support on projects, services, and initiatives
- Prepare account service-related documents such as agendas, reports, proposals, PowerPoint presentations, contract scopes, pricing, and other client communications and correspondence.
- Participate and document discussions during client meetings.
- Follow up on action items from internal and client meetings.
- Work closely with Group Account Director on major client accounts.
- Understand our products and services as well as client strategies and business goals to ensure accurate project deliverables.
- Continuously grow your digital knowledge through personal development.
- Pay attention to client schedules to ensure deadlines stay on track.
- Support account managers while they’re on vacation.
- Understand client billing and report monthly to finance department.
A lot of time will be spent on the administration responsibilities of the client services team.
This role is a steppingstone to the many responsibilities of becoming an account manager.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
- A professional demeanor within and outside of the agency business. Our clients will Google you!
- Ability to work within Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
