Cook

Kotsu Ramen & Gyoza in Portland, OR is looking for a cook to join our team. We are located at 126 SW 2nd Ave Suite 109. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and reliable. In addition to the base hourly ($17/hr), all team members receive a full share of tips, currently averaging an additional approximately $8/hr (the amount varies with the total tips and total hours in the pool).

Responsibilities

• Set up workstations
• Cook beautiful, tasty ramen and other Japanese dishes
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Prepare ingredients for use during shift

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a cook
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Mondays and Tuesdays. Compensation is $17.00 - $24.00/hour.
