HR Coordinator Diversity Inclusion
Description:
The Coordinator HR for DEI will provide critical support by handling advanced-level administrative duties and day-to-day operations to assist in fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment and culture. The Coordinator HR will support the development of presentations, electronic, and print materials to advance awareness of key initiatives and demonstrate the impact to the business. This position will regularly assist the DEI Core team in their responsibilities and with special projects.
Administrative Duties
• Create purchase requisitions using EasyBuy Azure Web application
• Initiate check requests for DEI corporate sponsorships and HR vendor purchases
• Manage the Service Milestone Anniversary program for Nestle Purina US
• Maintain DEI Purchasing Card account and reconcile monthly purchases
Event Planning Assistance
• Maintain working knowledge of best practices in meeting engagement, including in person, virtual, and hybrid settings
• Assist with the planning, setup, and breakdown of meetings, events and/or conferences.
• Utilizing Power Automate and Microsoft forms to create registration flows for events
• Utilize Microsoft Forms to develop feedback surveys and other evaluation tools
Communications Support
• Assist with publishing monthly newsletter via Constant Contact when needed
• Develop monthly Factory communications materials, including slideshows and one-pagers when needed
Special Requirements or Call outs: (ex: standing for long hours, lifting requirements, etc.)
Key qualities: Well organized, Microsoft especially excel, office applications, can take initiative and follow up on task, good customer service and great listening skills.
This is a temporary role to the end of the year to cover for a temporary leave. Potential to extend beyond the end of the year but given the nature of the situation, it is not guaranteed.

• Ability to organize and prioritize work in a dynamic and complex environment to meet deadlines and daily requirements
• Good verbal and written communications
• Comfortable adopting to new technologies
• Discretion and confidentiality
