Responsibilities
Leads a team of Talent Acquisition Consultants to deliver a world class recruitment experience for current and future team members.
Responsible for specific talent pools and creating solutions to create and maintain pipelines of talent to serve multiple locations. Ensure the successful implementation of the Talent Acquisition strategies and oversee the day-to-day operations of recruitment team. Responsible for compliance to state and federal employment laws and compliance with company policies and service level agreements. Understands and implements best practices and benchmarks from like functions across the nation and industry. Recommendations and implements continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and solutions. Manages the execution, adoption and sustainment of ongoing strategies and solutions. Manages stakeholder relationships and partners with HR, department leaders, TA and executives to cultivate relationships and achieve business results. Coaches team members to achieve department goals, leverages data and metrics, leads projects and manages direct reports in an inspiring way that encourages professional growth, engagement, and high performance.
Qualifications
Required Minimum Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or Related field
Preferred Education
- Master’s Degree preferred
Required Minimum Licensure/Certification
- N/A
Preferred Licensure/Certification
- Certification related to Talent Acquisition (e.g. RACR, AIRS, CIR, PRC, etc… )
Required Minimum Experience
- Five (5) years’ experience in a talent acquisition, human resources and/or staffing function
- Three (3) years’ directly leading others to drive results in a high accountability environment
- Experience implementing recruitment priorities, solutions and projects aligned with organization strategies within medium to large companies
- Experience consulting with executives on complex initiatives, market trends, business challenges, processes, partnerships and service levels.
- Experience creating presentations, business cases and data analysis and presenting to executive leadership.

- Experience in Healthcare Talent Acquisition
Required Minimum Skills
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement. Effectively uses work time to accomplish team objectives.
- Ability to interface and develop effective internal and external partnerships and learning communities.
- Ability to deliver results utilizing strong critical thinking skills and work ethic.
- Team player with ability to work with various stakeholders and levels of employees/executives.
