Description: The Judge Group is seeking a Quality Supervisor for a growing food manufacturer near Albert Lea, MN.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Supervises the quality assurance function to assure all QA personnel, procedures, and processes
- Ensures all policies and procedures are adhered to
- Exhibits thorough leadership, development of competencies, training, and effective role modeling
- Degree preferred but not required
- Any manufacturing will be considered but food manufacturing preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills and decision-making ability
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
