The Sr. Director of Employee Engagement will create, lead and implement strategies to attract and retain the right talent and employees globally. Developing and improving design, manage programs, and monitoring success of programs such as employee recognition, health wellness, financial wellness and other activities creating an engaging workplace environment to support our employees, will be the primary focus. This position will also be responsible for identifying and implementing metrics to measure performance in these areas and to develop action plans and objectives to continuously foster engagement.

  • Partner with Regional HR leads to develops and key initiatives to promote and achieve employee engagement.

  • Directs the selection, design, and implementation of employee engagement programs geared to attract and retain employees globally.

  • Develops and executes annual budgets and proposals, timelines and creative design to increase employee engagement and to sustain the employee culture.

  • Participates and leads the design of employee surveys and supports the internal communications efforts in communicating the results to key stakeholders in a timely fashion.

  • Acts as the liaison to gather and create global options that can be regionalized and localized to ensure positive local engagement with consistent measurement metric.

  • Review analyze and assesses program utilization, employee feedback, competitive landscape for competitive offerings within our industry, and workforce productivity to ensure that cost-effective mix of programs is offered.

  • Create internal communications, events and programs materials, including snapcoms, e-blasts, communication boards, vCentral, Global Connect, etc.. ensuring content consistency of messages and alignment to overall company and HR strategy.

  • Reviews data to support business initiatives through hr leads across the globe, surveys, one-on-one interviews, and other methodologies; evaluates and applies the data to support decisions.

  • Collaborates with and builds relationships across divisions

  • Researches, evaluates and selects vendors according to requirements aligned with the request for proposal.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent well rounded global HR related work experience.

  • Minimum of 8 years management experience with a progressive increase of responsibility, coupled with 12+ years overall experience within Human Resources or Employee Engagement functions.

  • Relevant experience in international strategic HR employee engagement. Proven track record in creating employee engagement strategies and plans; devising and implementing, effective, result-oriented employee programs, with solid technical knowledge and experience in selecting, writing requirements, and implementing international engagement platforms.

  • Excellent communication, research, writing and presentation skills, with the ability to create content using solution briefs, interviews with subject matter experts and other resources.

  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment that spans different job functions, departments, and geographies.

  • Excellent judgement, coupled with strong problem-solving skills and creative decision making a must.

  • Strong MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) skills, with creative presentation and advanced excel skills.

  • Experience implementing or managing a global employee engagement platform preferred.

  • Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulation.
