• Manage full-cycle recruiting responsibilities for assigned requisitions.
• Collaborate with HR and Services leadership on recruiting needs and overall Company goals.
• Demonstrate success in hiring talent with critical needs.
• Contribute to teamwork and sharing knowledge inside the TA team and HR organization.

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year College or University
• 3 years minimum Full Cycle Recruitment
• Not afraid of phones
• Good communications both verbal and in writing
