Bay Ridge Honda, Volkswagen are looking to grow their service department and is in need of a Service Shop Manager. If you are an experienced Technician with Honda, Volkswagen, or Mazda experience working in a fast paced dealership and are looking to make your move now is your time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper route sheet
• Properly distribute work to the correct technicians
• Oversee work happening across entire shop
• Ensure top quality work being done
• Ensure customer satisfaction in regards to their vehicle completion is at highest level
• Make sure promise times are completed

Qualifications

• Minimum 5year experience in a servicerole
• Knowledge of automobiles
• Positive attitude
• High volume mentality
• Willing to work Saturdays
