Overview of the role:

• This role consists of working on multiple projects at a time
• Assist in reporting for financial projects
• Prepare financial statements
• Help with aggregating data
• Responsible for accurate preparation of journal entries
• Assist with preparation of daily bank reconciliations, financial report preparation and analysis
• Assist with accounts payable, fixed asset, prepaid and accrual reporting
• Analyze balance sheet and income statement fluctuations
• This role reports directly to vice president/controller
• Help identify and implement process improvements
• Analyze budget and expense trends and assisting summarizing variances

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 2-7 years of relevant experience
• Detail oriented and organized
• CPA preferred
• Great communication and ability to work independently
• Strong Excel required
• Experience with Workday is big plus
