Automation & Control Technologies is calling all professional and dynamic individuals, those experienced in outside sales in the Louisville, Kentucky region, to apply to join our amazing team as a remote full-time Industrial Sales Representative!

As an Industrial Sales Representative, you play a key role in helping our company to grow and thrive! You love meeting new people and enjoy building new relationships. Enthusiastically, you hit the streets to meet potential clients and to spread the word about our company's services. You are charismatic and personable, and you strive to develop trust between you and potential customers. Using your strong communication skills, you figure out what customers need, and you pitch our services to fit those needs.

In the absence of leads, you reach out to new clientele and do what you can to get your foot in the door. You are extremely motivated to perform well, so you develop strategies to help you meet and exceed sales goals. Proactively, you check in with past customers to ensure satisfaction, maintain positive relationships, and sell new services when possible. The environment is fast-paced, so you adapt quickly to changes or new plans. You take great pride in smashing goals and increasing our business flow!


WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Bachelor's Degree in a skilled trade or previous experience in a trade, such as electrical or mechanical fields
  • Experience in industrial outside sales preferred, but not required
